In a perfect world, one can turn a valued customer into an even more precious commodity—a good employee.

Your article points out 6 ways that customers can become employees or help the business.

The opportunity to own a business is the dream and reality of many entrepreneurs.

How many customers (who you hope are gainfully employed) are going to give up their lifestyles and jobs and

come to work for your business.

The key  for any aspiring business person is to look for the best arrangement for the business.

By bringing a customer into the business as an employee, you may create an outcome that goes

contrary to the good will of your existing employees.

You do not want to create a perception of preferential treatment.

          Be careful.
