So do you see the gap in percentage between the median pay for executives and the average American worker increasing or decreasing in the next year?
I think that looking at percentage is wrong.
Executive pay has some corporate watchdogs worried.
Pay isn't always aligned with performance.
And millions of American's are out of work or trying to hold on to their homes.

Yes we all like to get both raises and stock awards ( a new word for bonus)
The median pay for executives was almost $11. million last year up 23 percent from last year, with many exec's making much more.
The average American worker is taking home $750 a week, up 1/2 a percent from last year.
