Aid for Families Displaced by FIRE

How can a non-profit find an investor, philantropist, or even a grant to help provide assistance to families affected by fire in New York City?

For three years, SILVER LINING OUTREACH has been servicing the city on limited funds. Our yearly goal is to service 65 families a month. That would require a minimum of $140,000 a year. The problem is that it is hard to get our services into the hands of people who can really make a difference.

For all those who may read this, remember... The NYC area averages 160 residential fires each month. That is the slow month. Some days, the city can have more than 7 fires throughout the five boroughs.
