If you can understand your potential customers needs - then sell your product to them based on how well it will meet that need. Don't sell your product - but sell what your product can do for your customers.

Thank you for that advice. I have been hearing a lot of people say don't sell, just talk about the product and your honest experience. That is the way to get repeat happy customers. I agree with them and know that treating people correctly will come back to me in the end. Thanks for your help!
