I've had a sucessful consulting and computer services busienss for the last few years (s-corp). Every quarter I paid myself a salary, paid state and federal taxes, while paying the remaining balance a distributions.

Last year however my project work dried up and I stopped paying myself a salary. I then accepted employment sometimes in April last year. On the side I still try to keep my business, and a did find a few small project for which I deployed a contractor. Overall the net profit was about 22k, which I paid myself in distributions.

Do I need to file a W2 for 0 wages?
