acwilliams510 Newbie I thought of a wonderful baby product that I think other mother's would appreciate. I have all the ideas down, but just to be sure, I wanted to make sure there wasn't a product out there like what I was thinking of. So I did a search and there isn't a product on the market like what I was thinking (there are similar things, but not what I wanted to make) BUT there is a couple of patents I found on one was written in 1991 and one in 2007. So what does that mean? I can't invent what I wanted or that someone out there has thought of this product and has rights to make it first?

I'm not sure what to do here. I would love to make this product for use with my future kids and I know other mother's would find it useful, but I am not sure what all that means.

      Thanks for your help!
