By incorporating social networking into our business; as soon as a profile is created we open a two-way communication channel with our customers. This channel takes the form of a platform for the exchange of information with customers using threaded posts or chat. We are able to focus attention on products in the form of video presentations. Social networking allows us to provide individualized customer service. It is a win-win situation that brings a new meaning to customer care.
Asking questions is a great way to show customers you care. Asking questions about their goals, what issues they are having in reaching their goals, how you can help, etc... show that you care about getting to know their business and help make them successful.
