I'm in the electronic payment industry. You need to pow-wow among all the players in the money transfer
equation, would would be (a) your recepient bank (b) the source bank in Mexico or wherever, and (c) whatever payment platform is being used to power the transaction.
Not sure how you are or by what means you are receiving these - but, there should be some type of tracking notes on all payments - if these are being left blank - require your cusotmers to provide a name or number to ensure that they get credit for the payment - make it mandatory. All payments processors should have some means of placing a note or name on the transaction.

We are a new manufacturing company in the US. Most of our sales are to Mexico, and payments are by electronic transfer. The payments come without any identification of the payor, the invoice, or the transaction. How can we set up our system so the electronic transfers will include identifying information? As it is now, we have many customers and it's very hard to track payments.
