You have lots of options here. I have 15 sales agents working for me. The model is pretty simple. It does require some effort on your part as sales will always drive revenues. If you outsource your sales then you'll be spending lots of time on the phone training the BPO you hire. If they do not work out then the monies spent on training and most importantly the time spent away from driving your own sales force or development will have been wasted. I am looking to outsource the Sales of my web design company, www.newlookwebsites.com . my main reasons for doing this are two fold, firstly i am getting too busy with development, and secondly i want to focus on product development within the company. How would i go about doing this..
