Hi, I thinking of starting my own business and I was
wondering if there are TOOLS out there that would give me a CUSTOMIZED CHECK
LIST of what I need to launch my business?

I'm looking for a program that,
depending on my unique responses, would provide me with local information on licenses,
regulations, employee management, business entity, etc. Thanks!

Something like that would certainly be helpful, but I don't think it exists. There are way to many local/state/federal laws & licenses for a "tool" to keep track of. Depending on your business, I would start with your state secretary of state website or give them a call. Then I would contact your local chamber of commerce. Depending on the type/size of your business, contacting an attorney would be a good idea if you can afford it. Lots of leg work, stuff I am going through with my cigar business right now, but it will be worth it for my own business. Good luck!
