I hate to post a contradictory answer, but I think your items would fall within Chapter 71 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (I have a jewelry chain as a client). The general duty rate is 6 percent of the declared value -- in your case $1,800 x 0.06 = $108. You can visit the U.S. International Trade Commission website to view this chapter on line, find the specific items you are importing, and see if you agree:

There is a general duty rate of 6% of the declared value.
our plans are big this 1800$ stuff to test and check the USA market as we are not even sure how much more we need to pay.
