      Hi All

      I might be in the incorrect option and i aplogise.

      I would like to know, If I were to open a new callcentre from scratch and have all the infrustructer, What do i look at in terms of, for example

      Training
      accreditation
      skill -language

      What else do i look at.

      please help!

            There are many places where you can go to find the information you need. Alot of times many of the topics you are wondering about are at your discretion. In a call center you definetly have your work cut out. You want to have a good operating system that is easy for new employees to learn and maintain information gathered by your company on clients. Make sure and have a good IT security check in place, and as for training I would say use some market research.
