    941 Tax confusion

      I am new to the forums and found it trying to get an answer from online.
      Anyhow my question is, I hired an employee in the 2nd quarter June.
      But his first pay was in July, which is the 3rd quarter.

      Do I still need to make a 941 form?
      He is the only employee in that department and have a seperate entity.So there isn't any way to add him to another report.

      Thank you in advance. Hopefully someone can answer before tomorrow ends.
