How to Protect my Trade Name?

    vanandlimo Newbie
I have 9-10 Different Registered Trade Names With State of MD.
Recently, I observed, Someone else is using them to Promote their own business with Spam Listings at Google Local, Yahoo Local and YellowPages.Com.
The infringing Person is my direct competator!
Should I go for Civil Suit through Attorney or do it on my own?
If someone has gone through this process? Please advise?

          Young Entrepenuer,
As a small biz owner and consultant to small biz owners, one of the biggest challenges we face is knowing what our legal rights are and getting good advice that doesn't bust the bank, not only legal but in other areas as well. I don't have time to type a lengthy response, but if you want to give me a call, I'll point you to some resources that I think can get you the answers you need to protect your business identity. . direct: 206-227-5325, toll free: 866-901-0336 - Ken
