    Choosing a similar name

I want to name my wedding videography business " A Thousand Words Videography". If "A Thousand Words Photography" is taken, can I get around it somehow so that i can use it with the word videography in it? Or am I S.O.L.?

I got a contradictory answer from someone else...stating that:

"Despite any loopholes, generally, once you register your business and register the DBA no one in the county (counties) that you register can have that same name, or a name that can be confused with the name in the same industry. So that confuses me, because if it is just in the same county, then why cant i name a business "Wal-Mart" or "McDonald's"? I heard of an instant where a porn shop was named "victor's secret", victoria's secret got wind of it and told him if he didnt change it they would sue. Then changed it to "victor's little secret" and got sued anyway. Plus in my instance my name is also the same as someone in the same industry, there's being photography and mine being videography.

I'm still a little confused, thanks so much for your answer though
