Networking geek is right if all you want to do is open a checking account. If you also want to get a loan or line of credit be prepared to provide personal guarantees and financial statements. You may need to provide a simple 2 to 3 page business plan. If you are requesting some serious dollars, a full blown business will be needed, but you better have the financial backing to justify the loan - especially these days. Otherwise, your time is best invested in learning to build your business and how to sell.

The transition from college to the real world demands you learn to use spell check. Two typos in your headline sends a message you're not serious enough about your work to double check it. I'm not hammering you here, but trying to help you.
