Sorry, I personally do not know of any software to keep track of incoming calls, HOWEVER I did
google "software to keep track of incoming calls" and got about 6 hits.
Hopefully this helps, LUCKIEST
There is a company called Evoice Receptionist - you can Google it, that has all the functionality you need. You'll get your reports, a professional voicemail service and it will cost you much less than $400.
Thank you both.

I have been trying to locate software that is not too expensive to keep track of incoming calls. We are in the construction industry and I want to be able to follow up with customers, pull reports for areas (cities) where we need to look at jobs, etc. I use Phone Center now, paid $400 for it and it still has alot of bugs. Their customer service area is not all that great! I have searched online (that is where I found Phone Center) but wanted to put a feeler out to see if anyone knows of something better. I do not want to use outlook for incoming calls, it is not detailed enough. I am using Quickbooks for accounting and proposals but there is not a utility within it to just record and follow up on calls, not that I know of. Thanks in advance for your help!
