I just incorporated as a "C" corporation. I needed to state how many shares the company has. I wrote 100. But, in future, if I want to increase the number of shares, how can I do that?

The board of directors control the issuance of stock. Authorized
shares is the total number of shares of stock that the board of
directors are "authorized" to issue to shareholders. The
board may issue all the shares now, or issue some now, and some

So therefore the board of directors can always vote in the future to increase the number of shares
