It is always good to get recommendations.
And it is great that the Small Business online community lets us share this info.
Yeah, I went through many tech support companies in the past and spent a lot of money without much success. These guys are definitely worth it.
I like the layout of there website, and with the qualificaitons of a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, you most certainly can not go wrong!
Los Angelos needs more companies like these, please let me know if they ever decide to expand to the Northeast Ohio area.

I love when good references are given, thanks for taking the time to post it :)
This company looks like an adsense trap. I'm all for word of mouth marketing, that's how I typically retain new customer's...but you shouldn't lie and "refer" your own company. Especially, if it's to suck money out of small business's adsense budget through misleading links.
Full Disclosure: I own a competing business in San Diego.
I think most members are suspicious when someone who only joined the community a minute earlier makes a post (or several posts) to pitch something.
This is why I only use google adwords search based advertising (ads only show up when a user searches on google for a term a specifiy)....my adwords budget kept getting drained from sites like his using google adwords "content targeting" (ads that show up on other users sites, which the website owner get's revenue if an internet user clicks on the ad).
Link fraud might ruin web based advertising...sigh!

Just wanted to relay a good recommendation. I recently worked with this company to network my small (home actually) business and they were very good (great prices too). It's always hard to find good help these days so I thought I'd pass it along. They're in the socal (LA) area.
