Quickbooks Pro 2009 on Linux Server

I would like to upgrade my Quickbooks Pro 2004 5-user license to Quickbooks Pro 2009-5-user license but have found out that Intuit no longer offers a 5-user license for this version. Instead I have to purchase five copies of the software to install. That is not a problem but the real issue is that in order to use Pro 2009 in a multiuser environment the company file must be stored on a Windows machine. I have been told that this version does not support Linux. My company files are stored on a central file server that uses Linux as the OS. This is not a problem with verion 2004.
Does anyone know of a work around to this issue or will I need to be relegated to purchasing the Enterprise solutions software to address my Linux issue. If this is the case does anyone know if Intuit is working on a version other than Enterprise that will support Linux in the future.

Thanks
