    Cost of accounting tax and payroll services-CA

      I would like to find out approximately how much it would cost me to have a part time bookkeeper/accountant for a new startup to do the following in California.

      Set up chart of accounts
      Raise invoices after collecting timesheets,reviewing contracts (about 4 a month)
      Pay vendors and subcontractors (about 10 amonth)
      Quarterly payroll tax filings and deposits
      Half yearly financial statement preparation and review
      Prepare 1099 at year end
      Prepare federal and state partnership tax return
      Personal tax return of partner
      Annual registration with secrertary of state
      Tax planning strategies
