There are a few lenders that will provide business capital or personal loans from $10,000 to $100,000. Must have excellent credit and ability to make the monthly payments. Other are asset based - if you have business assets (e.g. credit card receipts, A/Rs, equipment) you could get funding based on those.
Last resort, bootstrap this opportunity with credit cards.

I have an opportunity to participate in a local design showhouse in April. However, I need to finance the project. Any thoughts on the best sources. I hate to pass up the opportunity because this is the kind of project and publicity that could really put me on the map.
