    Looking for silent partners for the restaurant industry

      Hello,

      I am looking for investors or partners in purchasing some franchise restaurants. I a
      results driven operations specialist with over 20 years successful experience turnaround around failing businesses. Expertise includes analyzing, training, operations, finance and marketing, as well as developing and implementing plans for sales, operations and profit improvements. After 20 years of working for restaurant corporations I am now looking for silent investors or partners to purchase some existing franchise restaurants.

      My responsibilites and achievements were

       


      We will pick the locations with the best long range future to insure the steady growth of our company over the years. Town locations with steadily growing in residential housing, commercial business and shopping environments; drawing customers to the restaurant. Captain D's being the primary restaurant in that it fits the need for family restaurants as well as a growing need for fast seafood.

       


      Strong Tower will have prime locations, great food, clean environment, proven concepts, super franchisor support, fantastic community involvement, and personalized warm service in which to make us very profitable.

       


      The objective is once to we obtain a partnership; we will purchase the any other restaurant from that point. I plan to duplicate the success that concepts like Captain D's; as well as that of my own using proven strategies. My objective is to:

       

      • - provide the highest quality foods and services that people expect
      • - create an atmosphere for our team members with clear goals and standards to help everyone profit.
      • - Combine corporate marketing as well as my own to build volume
      • - First year sales $700,000 and expected to increase 10% in 5 years
      • - Net profit will be 5% of sales
      • - Lower food cost and labor cost .
