Robert, I am not too familiar with the Delaware state as most of our corporations are located in either nevada or wyoming. However one suggestive answer might be to call your Secretary of State and ask them or call your corporate attorney. I am the sole member of a Delaware-formed LLC with the firm located in Washington, DC. What annual legal requirements/fees should I expect, such as:
- registered agent fee?
- DE annual report?
- DE business entity tax?
- DE franchise tax?
- DC foreign entity registration?
