You might have better luck buying an existing dry cleaning business. It is typically easier to get financing for an established business purchase rather than a start-up.
SBA backed loans normally require 20% down and offer good rates with 10 year payback terms.

i'm a man of 38.I'm a truck driver/owner operator and incorporated since 2005.My credit is pretty good(in the 780s).I'm looking to set up a dryclean outfit and the equipments costs $220k.The equipment company needs a downpayment of $80k.Please give some advice on the better route to get this loan/line of credit,thx
