What version of QuickBooks are you using?
Usually if you go to list, item list, on the bottom right, there is a box to check to show all inactive items.
check the box, then double click on the item and edit it. Then you can uncheck the box that made it inactive. It is usually on the right.
I understand the fact that you can't allow any one to remote in your computer to help you.
I was not aware you could not allow any one, I thought it was your own company.
