    US Company, Swedish Employees

      I have an interesting problem, and I have no idea where to look for an answer.

      I've recently started a US based Software development company, and I'm working with a man in Sweden to create our first product. At the moment, he's working for free, but come pay time, I need to know exactly what to do. Our company isn't really setup yet, so our situation is pretty flexible.

      I need to know If we should setup both a company in the US and a company in Sweden, or if I can have him as an employee of the US company. In addition, I also need to know who would be paying which country in taxes. Would I be taxed on by the Swedish tax rate, or the American tax rate? In essence, I'm really confused about all of this, and any help would be great.
