As Luckiest suggested, creating a good cash flow forecast might help plan for your expenses over the next 12-18 months as you shall be able to see your Cash In minus Cash Out. You might realize that you do not need the entire $50K up front, but more in phases and thus keping your Out of Pocket at a minimum with some cushion.
Of course, getting a Letter of Intent will be very useful in procuring any additional financing. -

If you have a merchant account, you should think about obtaining a merchant advance. You can do so without a PERSONAL GUARANTEE. That's right, no personal guarantee. You will have to sell a portion of your future credit/debit card transactions at a discount.
This gives you the ability to get the working capital you need to expand your business. You can receive the funds in a little as 7 business days. The process is easy and there is only minimal paperwork required. You will have to switch merchant processors.
Depending on your average merchant processing per month, you may be able to obtain up to $250,000.
Give me a call and I can explain in further detail.

This is a new but old business insofar as I have been doing it for several years but recently created an LLC to expedite the approval of dealing direct with a wireless carrier. I have been requested by my client (a large wireless carrier) to "employ" certain personnel for contract positions in developing markets for specified time frames (12 months to 18 months) and really need additional capital of $50,000 for 6 months to handle the ebb and flow of receivables during that time. This is urgent as my client is waiting for my response. Is there anyone out there who is able to accomodate this request?
