I keep getting documents not received emails even after uploading all required documents - any one facing similar issue, please help

Just checked my intralinks this morning and there was a promissory note and legal attestation! I had nearly given up. However, the problem is that I did not receive any email notification, AND, the my intralinks account isn't allowing me to upload anything. It seems that permission was turned off for some reason. Anybody else with this issue?
Where was the note and attestation? Was it under the instructions tab??

Ok, replying to my own post, but just tried again and was able to upload the documents. They must had locked the site down for a bit, but now it's back to allowing me to upload. I hope this works out.
I could not upload to intralink this morning and I thought the permission to change the documents was turned off. I tried again this afternoon and it seems it is back again into accpting uploading. I suggest you try again and see if it is working for you now.
So I went through the update information request on Thursday. Got the pop up and updated everything, and as of Sunday still nothing new as far as emails or intralinks. Anybody else in this boat? I know Congress hasn't approved an additional 250 billion yet but its looking more likely.
I had luck by emailing with my Company name and Tax ID, someone called within 5 min and said they would let me know why I haven't heard a peep since uploading all my docs on the 10th. Be polite!
It's been six days of trying to get the "Update" pop up to appear but this morning I finally was able to speak to someone at BofA who actually completed this q&a for me over the phone. Yes, there is a considerable hold time but they open at 8:00 a.m. EST and if you call right then the hold time is less. The first person I spoke with could not help and immediately transferred me to someone else when I explained that it was a technical issue and that the popup wouldn't appear even trying multiple browsers and computers. The info is needed to confirm that the funds are going to the correct account and I was advised that receiving the email requesting this information means that the loan is awaiting SBA approval.
I received an email from BOA about PPP and it says the following but when I logged in nothing came up or popped up or anything to have me update any info.
What I am supposed to do since no one on the phone can help me?
