    Intralinks Password issue

      Hello, can anyone let me know what to do if Intralinks never provided a password but did provide a login.  i have sent several emails and have left several messages, but no response.  The account has been locked after 3 attempts in trying to retrieve a password as well.  Can someone please offer me advice?

          If you have never logged in to intralinks before, you should have a link from BOFA like this set your Intralinks password that should let you set your password. It should have been in the email from BOFA with subject line Paycheck Protection Program: We're ready to receive your documents.

              Wkazi, thanks for the insight , however there was never a password on the account / the account has been locked

                  rjptgroup, when you first got the email I described above, it should have had a similar link like the one I sent you. When you ase that link, the first thing it asked was for you to set a password and then you should have been able to log in. I think your account may be locked because you tried multiple times. I suggest you call BOFA at this number 18006228731 and ask for help with online log in and tell them your account is locked. I dont know if BOFA can do this or Intralink needs to . Below is what Intralink HELP says. You can try to email them at caresactsupport@intralinks.com. Hope you can get it solved!

                  • To be able to log in to Intralinks, Bank of America first needs to create your account. This typically takes a couple of days after you submit your application. Once this has been completed you will receive an email notification with your id and instructions to log in. 

                    • This notification will come from notification@share.bankofamerica.com with Subject: “Paycheck Protection Program:  We’re ready to receive your documents”

                    • Please review your email’s spam or other filters to make sure your notification wasn’t filtered

                    • Please make sure you’re checking the inbox of the same email address you used to submit your application

                    • If after a couple of days of submitting your application, you still haven’t received this notification please contact Bank of America

                    • If you did receive this notification but can’t log in or forgot your password, please go to login page, click on “Forgot your Password?” and enter your email address (you need to use the same email address where you got your notification). You will then receive a new notification with url to reset your password.

                      Thank you sir, yes I have emailed Intralink multiple times and called them multiple times, but no response.  I have also called BofA and they directed me to Intralinks as you have advised.  Thank You, I just thought there was a way to get a response from intralink

                  Don't need to contact BOA

                  What I did was just go to intralinks .... Online Exchange login from IntraLinks for secure business transactions

                  put your e-mail address and click  forgot your password

                  it will e-mail you an ' otp' then you can go there . create new password and upload all your document , and create new security Q & A too.

                   

                  Let me know if that work for you , worked for me.
