      We, as business owners, spend time and thought into how to show our appreciation to our customers for their business in the past year. 


      How do you show your appreciation of your employees now that the holiday season is picking up?  There are quite a few opportunities: cash rewards?, gift certificates?, paid time off?, parties?, gifts?, .....??  We rely on our employees to put a welcoming and helpful face to our customers and often the holidays pass and employees feel as if they are not appreciated.


      What do you do?  What response do you get?  Share what you do and watch to see others' responses.  Who knows, you may see something that would fit into your holiday employee plans.
