Re: Non-Medical Homecare start up
LUCKIEST Sep 1, 2015 5:24 PM (in response to randyberr)Randy, Welcome to the Community and good luck.
It would help if you told us more of your goals and how you expect to get there.
Or an other way of saying, DO you have a Business Plan on paper or computer.
I know that a Bus Plan is like a road map to success.
"What do I do next??" is TOO general a question.
Ask us some specific questions and YES the Community will give you good answers.
Do you have a staff??, a Banker?? An Accountant?? A Lawyer??
Keep the questions coming and again Good Luck.

I agree with Lucky. Tell us a little more about the company. What actions you have taken. Are you set up with your marketing strategy yet?

randyberr Sep 8, 2015 12:09 PM (in response to Moderator Berta)Berta,
I work directly with seniors in a retail setting and I have a few leads for marketing my business. The area I live in is full of retirement villages, over 55 homes and senior centers. I have a business plan and have applied for all state and local licenses. I have my EIN# and set the company up as an LLC.
