I wold think that we could agree that a satisfied customer is most likely to become a return customer. And she/he will tell others about the way they were treated and the product they received. Agreed?
Hearing your agreement, I wonder why we hear the horror stories of how people have been treated by businesses. You don't have to go far to find cases of mistreatment and poor product presentation. Why is this? Why would an employer let his/her employees act so unprofessionally? Or even allow him/herself to get backed into a corner and come out ready to say and do things that will send customers running for the door?
How do you train your employees to handle customer complaints? What measures do you take when you find that a customer has been given poor customer service? I'm sure we can all learn from one another - won't you share what you do and what you have learned, over time?
