Welcome to the Community.
There has been much written about FIRST steps in starting a business.
As the last two posts suggest, "your budget" and a "business plan" are important.
Also having an accountant, a lawyer, an insurance agent and a banker on your side
is also important. Yes I know, professional cost you money, BUT they should and
could save you headaches and problems later on.
Good luck and stay in touch, LUCKIEST
For what you want to do, understand what truly differentiates you (what you offer your customers) in the eyes of the customer vs. your competitors. If you can identify your primary points of differentiation that matter to your potential customers, those points of differentiation should be your focal point in your business plans, your marketing, etc.
Ultimately...as you focus on these points of differentiation, your messaging to your customers should be kept focused and simple.
