Re: Do You Know What To Look At To Improve Your Business in 2014?
crifjohnson Jan 17, 2014 3:20 AM (in response to SteveSmith56)Hi,
As far as my point of view is concern that every business need periodic maintenance. Apart from this critical areas not only improve by setting small target but can be improve or refine by putting your skills and experience. Some areas like cash flow management and time management play important role to reflect business and help to achieve defined target.

Most of the time, it's the attention to small improvements that can be maintained that really get the mileage in your business. And the 2 areas you mentioned play major roles in keeping a business afloat and on course.

kimmy burguess Jan 31, 2014 9:51 AM (in response to SteveSmith56)Determine your goals so that it would be a lot easier for you to understand where you want to bring your business to in the months or years ahead. Think of alternative ways to market your products with right information. For this reason you need to gather as much quality data as you need about your market and target customers so you can tailor fit your marketing campaign to them.

Moderator Melinda Feb 1, 2014 9:54 AM (in response to crifjohnson)I would also look at weaknesses with in areas of the company to see how you can improve on them without letting the companies strengths go. Tweaking things can go along way especially if you know that it can use some improvement.
