Re: How to build a strong team for my non-profit organization ?
Moderator Berta Apr 28, 2013 1:18 PM (in response to mmatumaini)Hi mmatumaini! Welcome to the community.
I would first suggest checking with the SBA. They can help point you in the right direction as well as give you lots of advice on the steps you need to take.
I'm sure some of our other members have more advice for you.
Best Wishes,
~Berta

Moderator Melinda May 24, 2013 9:24 AM (in response to mmatumaini)Hi mmatumaini,
My first question is, do you have the African side set up yet? Can you introduce yourself a little and tell us more about what it is that your non-profit organization does. What kind of a team do you need to assemble? This information might help us to give you a more direct answer to your question.

Re: How to build a strong team for my non-profit organization ?
Moderator Melinda Jun 15, 2013 9:57 AM (in response to mmatumaini)Hi Mmatumaini,
So that I understand correctly, you will have one organization be responsible for selling lanterns, offer IT training, and offer leasing/financing of equipment. This sounds like a lot to bite off at once.
How long has the exisiting company in Africa been in business.
