You are so RIGHT. your business is bound for failure..
Colleges, Employment Agencies, Interviews, Job Fairs etc
How can I insure that find only the best? MONEY, GREAT SALARIES
I would have to say my business is not bound for failure, as I am experiencing growth.
The right staff will believe in what you are doing and will evangelize for the product or service. They will work their fingers to the bone for you.
You on the other hand have to be a good servant leader and be willing to lay down on the railroad tracks for any staff member..always having their well being at the forefront.
Unfortunately I have not yet had the need for employees.
I do have a network of IT professionals and companies that I work with in case my workload gets to be to much.

I can see explosive growth with this site in a short period of time.
My belief (and the core principle behind my leadership programs and personal management style) is that you usually CAN'T hire the most knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, qualified, confident, and motivated employees (especially as a small business) -- those people are just too hard to find and too expensive to get. Plus, we can't sustain business growth if all we do is steal each other's top performers by paying them more and more. As leaders, we have to develop people -- we have to know how to take the average and below average performers and turn them into winners.
Check job boards, interview them to find the right one.
finding right ones are easy. The toughest part is to retain them.

Now most employees look for better leaders, if they feel that they do have any more to learn in the current job, they decide to quit.
A leader need to motivate their employees to train them. To answer your question, check out some resumes at job boards and talk to them about their past experiences and bring them in.
