I'm the director of StudyShop Tutoring, a small, but growing business in Los Angeles. As we grow, I'm hiring new tutors to handle the workload, and I'm being forced to streamline and organize better. What I really need is one piece of software (for Mac - gotta be for Mac) that will keep track of clients, billable hours to those clients, the rate for each client, the rate I'm paying tutors for that client, and things like invoices. I'm reasonable tech-saavy, but don't want to have to spend hours setting something up to work. Any idea?

Lots and lots of articles. I am the past publisher/editor of The Virtual Evolution ezine (which site is currently down, unfortunately but keep an eye out at www.tvemagazine.com as I am goosing my IT gal to get it back up) and a contributing author to several virtual assistant ezines as well as the BusinessDarlings blog in the financial section. I also have nearly 3k posts at www.virtualassistantforums.com. The majority of my articles have been on dealing with being a virtual assisttant, whether it be how to set your rates, how to do specific functions in quickbooks, or how to deal with clients, virtually.
