It would be great if there could be a session where answers regarding start-ups can be obtained. How does one start a sole proprietorship with no capital? Are there funding sources out there, that are willing to invest in small businesses in which their funds would be fully collateralized?
I am thinking about an LLC that would specialize in buying, refurbishing, then selling real estate. There are depressed properties throughout the state of New York, that can be renovated for sale or rental. The business would be a sole proprietorship or a partnership, depending on the extent of involvement an investor would wish to engage in. If more info is needed, please provide some details on your company.. Thanks!
