Couple of suggestions:
First, speak with your chamber of commerce or your local government offices about what they can do regarding funding for a day care. They may have or know about local sources.
Second, if you have retirement accounts like IRAs, 401(k)s, SEPs, Keogh, etc that can be rolled over - you can direct those funds be invested in your business. This is not a loan - thus no payments, no interest, no credit checks, etc. Then, as your business grow, you can return those funds when you feel confident in doing so.
