How Profile Defenders Is Guaranteeing To Remove Ripoff Reports For Business Owners

Version 1

It feels like the kiss of death. You Googled your business name and next thing you know you see reports that are absolutely outlandish calling your business no good and defaming your personal character. One writer Diana Perk recently here at Small Business Online Community wrote about ways to remove a Ripoff Report. These are defamatory statements that are written on a consumer complaint website that can not be removed under any circumstances...that is until now.

The recent article talked about just pushing down the search result with new content but Profile Defenders has cracked the code and can remove any Ripoff Report from Google search results with their help. The proprietary technique has been studied, tested, and proven after years of trial and error to see what would trigger a removal of defamatory search results from popular consumer venting websites like RoR.

What is the name of your business?
    Your Answer:  Profile Defenders

Question: Where is your business located (city & state)?  Who are the customers you serve?  What products or services does you company provide?

Your Answer: We have offices in Baltimore, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and South Florida. We serve clients all over the world and have been inundated with requests to fix issues after the recent Ashley Madison hacking scandal. Our services and products range from profile monitoring to removal of unwanted webpages either completely removed from a website or from search results.

Question: When did you start your business? Why did you decide to start your own business?
Your Answer: We have been in business since 2010 and started the business as we were constantly asked to use our abilities to help solve issues that individuals had.

Question: Did you quit your "day job" to start your business?  How did you initially fund your business?
Your Answer: Yes we were completely self funded from our first deal as a referral till today.

Question: What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
Your Answer: Reputation management is so niche and it is hard to scale up as the processes do not work as well for clients in large doses. We custom tailor everything for our clients and that is what has made us successful but it has also stunted our growth.

Question: What’s been the biggest opportunity that came from owning your business?
Your Answer: Freedom. Having the time to work on our own hours not mandated hours.

Question: What has surprised you most about being your own boss?
Your Answer: The respect that others give to you when they see how successful you are.

Question: Is there a success tactic you’d like to share that could help other business owners (i.e. implementing new software, tactic to grow sales, etc.)?
Your Answer: Don't be afraid to be different. You don't have to reinvent the wheel but modifying it enough that makes you unique and differentiated from your competition will set you apart.

Question: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to other small business owners?
Your Answer: Do something that sets you apart. We launched publicly our service to completely remove almost any unwanted webpage online. This is a huge game changer as no other company is able to offer the services that we can now provide for our clients. We spent almost a million dollars in research and development to be able to offer these services where our competition would not be willing to do so and thus we are able to leapfrog ahead of them.
