Q: What is the name of your business?
A: National Realty Investment Advisors, LLC (NRIA)
Website URL: http://nria.net
Q: Where is your business located (city & states)? Who are customers you serve? What products or services does your company provides?
A: We are a group of seasoned real estate investment advisors based in Secaucus, NJ. We serve clients with high net worth and help them in building a strong real estate portfolio by providing an end-to-end real estate solution (land purchase, construction, financing, property sale, property management, rental services, etc.). We primarily serve clients looking for investing in Philadelphia, PA area.
Q: When did you start your business? Why did you decide to start your own business?
A:NRIA was launched in 2006, and the reason behind its inception was to address the growing need of housing infrastructure in Philadelphia. Property tax abatement on new constructions for 10 years was another reason why we chose Philadelphia.
Q: What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
A: We believe that the biggest challenge was going through the initial phase, when we had to work quite hard in increasing awareness about our brand and in convincing people that our investment plan does work since often people see it as too good to be true. But as a matter of fact, over past 9 years we have proved its fidelity over 800 times, without a single failure.
Q: Is there a success tactic you’d like to share that could help other business owners (i.e. implementing new software, tactic to grow sales, etc.)?
A:There are lots. You just need to be ready to delve into them. Build a nice, professional looking website, so that people can find you online whenever they get any sort word-of-mouth referral of your business. Also, make sure you do the SEO for your website. It may a take a little investment, but ROI will be quite high. Create business profiles on different social media platform to remain connected with your target audience, and if feasible, maintain a blog and regularly update it with informative or promotional posts.
Q: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to other small business owners?
A:Be consistent in your efforts during the initial business phase. If possible, try to come up with something that no one else is offering. In our case, it has been a real booster – thanks to our unique and innovative investment plan. And last but in any way not the least, always think of your customers’ need first, especially if you want to see long-term business success.
