    Where is your business located (city & state)?  Who are the customers you serve?  What products or services does you company provide?

    Your Answer:  Located in New york, our customers are small businesses we help them for I.T services such as Mobile apps and web development.

    Question:
    When did you start your business? Why did you decide to start your own business?
    Your Answer: I started business in 2015. i believe you have create your own identity and stand out from big crowd, its now easy and specially after recession but i believe it will make us more tough and challenging

    Question: Did you quit your "day job" to start your business?  How did you initially fund your business?
    Your Answer: well i make some savings from years yes i have been doing job for long time like 8 years but it was always in my mind to start my own business. my experience is you have to dedicated fully for business, doing job and having business same time will not take. you have to focus on what you have to do.

    What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
    Your Answer:  competition is biggest challenge, competitions bring worst in people and best in products.

    Question: What’s been the biggest opportunity that came from owning your business?
    Your Answer: well this goes like that you are on a steering of your life , The Biggest Opportunity you have and Remain is you are your own boss.

    What has surprised you most about being your own boss?
    Your Answer: being your own boss is more tough its just because of responsibility. i surprised to being more confident and taking decisions

    Is there a success tactic you’d like to share that could help other business owners (i.e. implementing new software, tactic to grow sales, etc.)?
    Your Answer:  what i think  is being persistent and failing fast is more important. saving money on business needs is not good idea, if you need a website invest on it immediately and flow with latest trends like have a facebook fan page. have constent feedback from customer is very important

    you business should know why people are like your products / services and what they want to improve. value them as like you do to family.

    having sale once is not that important but keeping customer coming back and recommending you to others is BIG Success

    What’s the best piece of advice you could give to other small business owners?
    Your Answer: you have to show them you care for them and they will show you Loyalty by coming back. dont be static always bring something new or even small update or modification in your product / services. establish Direct relationship with customer by face to face meeting ask their opinion about your product / service. ask their advice
