    Question: When did you start your business? Why did you decide to start your own business?
    Your Answer: 2005 - The reason I started my business was because I wanted to do something I loved for the rest of my life. I'm an avid outdoorsman, but most of all I love fishing. I had the idea of creating a miniature fishing rod & reel that could fit in the palm of your hand, and be taken anywhere.

    Question: Did you quit your "day job" to start your business?  How did you initially fund your business?
    Your Answer: I did not quit my job as a crane operator because it was a great job that challenged me physically, and paid the bills. I made a great living as a crane operator so I funded the business myself.

    Question: What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
    Your Answer: My biggest challenge was trying to be accepted & mingle with the big dogs of the outdoor, fishing tackle business.

    Question: What’s been the biggest opportunity that came from owning your business?
    Your Answer: The opportunity to meet like-minded entrepreneurs in the fishing, outdoor, invention, idea & new product world.

    Question: What has surprised you most about being your own boss?
    Your Answer: That running a global business causes you to adapt, overcome obstacles & create systems to solve problems that arise as the company grows day to day.

    Question: Is there a success tactic you’d like to share that could help other business owners (i.e. implementing new software, tactic to grow sales, etc.)?
    Your Answer: Use video, forums & any other source of free advertisement platforms to run & advertise your business.

    Question: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to other small business owners?
    Your Answer:   Never stop following your gut feeling. Never listen to nay sayers. Never listen to failures. Never give up. Seek & take advice from other people who are successful & pick their minds.
