Your Answer: Yes, Linda quit her "day job" to devote 110%. Ted continued working for 1 one year after starting. The business was funded with personal savings.
Question: What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
Your Answer: time. Not enough time to do everything needed, i.e. website, sales, client presentations and engagements.

Your Answer: Self fulfillment and opportunity to make decisions for business growth.
Question: What has surprised you most about being your own boss?
Your Answer: The excessive amount of Tax forms required to be submitted

Your Answer: As a consulting service provider for personal and business growth, discovering and using one of the most powerful analytical tools on the market to grow our business. Since then as certified international practitioner all Lumina products were incorporated into our business.
Question: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to other small business owners?
Your Answer: Your people are the most important asset of your company; treat them like it. A friend and small business owner had problems with employees' cars regularly breaking down and showing up late or not at all for work. So she purchased for each employee a AAA card!
