    tarted about 2008 providing consult services at various health care setting in the community,building brand and repetition ,gaining trust, confidence and opportunities started to open up,currently starting a new  joining venture with partnership with Wound expert specialist to provide comprehensive Team health management and community health support Group to bridging  the gap in health care  and to provide health hair and professional advancement to professional nurses pursuing their carrier.providing net working and mentorship and preceptorship to enhance and share best practice and explore options to improve self and others.

    Question: Did you quit your "day job" to start your business?  How did you initially fund your business?
    Your Answer: 
    No. You can turn your passions to be your profession.  Continue to do what you do. Do it better and do more.

    Question: What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
    Your Answer: 
    The biggest challenge being the " IT ".  You will be responsible for your brand.  You think it is easy in the beginning as you succeed you will find out that maintaining your reputation requires commitment and hard work, beside the fact that you have n body to report problems or issues ! So you need to learn as you grow to build skills beside what you do, sell, or promote.

    Question: What’s been the biggest opportunity that came from owning your business?
    Your Answer:  The biggest opportunity learning to learn your self and seeing yourself through others eyes!!

    Question: What has surprised you most about being your own boss?
    Your Answer: 
    It is opposite of what people believe, I thought would be easier to have no boss to report to.  Actually it was the contrary ,working harder as you need not to report to one boss, every customer, employee or vendor becomes your boss.
