    Remote Business Help is conveniently located in Howell, Michigan.  Our customers range from small businesses, to groups, to company executives, to individuals who need to be found on the web.  Our services include web presence consultation, implementation of support; specializing in simple web development and web marketing solutions.


    Question: When did you start your business? Why did you decide to start your own business?
    Your Answer:

    My business started in 2010, right before the social media hype.  I have noticed the social media movement gaining momentum and wanted to help small businesses, groups and individuals have access to marketing tools large corporations already knew about.


    Question: What has been the biggest challenge in running your company?
    Your Answer:

    Being a single parent, time management has been the biggest hurdle to overcome.  When there are many hats to wear, there is a need to have clear demarkation lines.


    Question: What’s been the biggest opportunity that came from owning your business?
    Your Answer:

    Flexibility of being your own boss and making your own hours has been so valuable in my life, where my children have been a priority.


    Question: What has surprised you most about being your own boss?
    Your Answer:

    I've learned not to be surprised by many things, as there are things I learn daily.  Flexibility to change on a fly and believing in what you do are important factors in staying in business.


    Question: Is there a success tactic you’d like to share that could help other business owners (i.e. implementing new software, tactic to grow sales, etc.)?

    Surround yourself with people smarter than yourself.


    Question: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to other small business owners?

    Have plans B through Z, if plan A fails.
