How to Climb the WORK AT HOME ladder to success!

Version 4

Hello everyone, and welcome. My name is Susan Lockhart, and I am an Ad-a-holic.

    Oh, wait, wrong story... LOL

Seriously, I am getting ready to launch a new business that is based on advertising sales. I have a degree in Business Administration (minor in Visual Communications) and am ready to put it to work for me. In addition to ad sales, we will be targeting the small restaurant owners around the country to give them free products. Sound too good to be true? It's not!

How can this happen? Read on...

I am a 38 year old mother of 3, stay at home mom and housewife. I have a not so glorious past that haunted me for a long time, until I realized that in order to make it stop haunting me, I had to make my move. My destiny is up to me, not everyone else! I went back to school at 35 years old, and got my degree. I held on to that degree for only about a month before I started to make it work for me.

I was introduced to a woman named Jan Webster who is a huge advocate for Breast Cancer Research all over the country. She is one of 6 who participate in all 14 3day walks for Susan G Komen for the cure. Most people only do one or two cities. (You can see her story at www.3daysineverycity.com) Jan needed some help with her endevour, and turned to me. I have provided her with proper branding, products to sell as fundraisers, and a PR person to get her name out there.

Jan makes me think. I like that.

Since becoming Jan's Pr Rep, I have launched my online business, which is geared toward selling her 85,000 fellow walkers and their many supporters products to help support breast cancer research. 15% of all purchases go back to her fundraising efforts for Susan G Komen through an affiliate program.

Please check out my site at www.cafepress.com/gndcares Feel free to purchase many items! I also started doing custom products. If you don't see what you want, email me at gnd.designs@yahoo.com and I will create anything you need.

As you can see from this, I place my ads all over the place. This is how I get traffic to my site. If you want to make your stay at home business successful, this is how you must do it. Put your site out there, everywhere.

Please, go see what I have done, I am VERY proud to be a part of Susan G Komen for the Cure's 3day events!

    UPDATE
I recieved a comment asking me to clarify how this story benifits others. Even though I feel that it is obvious, apparently it is not as clear as I thought. So...

By creating these products for the Susan G Komen walkers, I am providing them with a place to purchase products to sell as fundraising items for their walks. They are required to raise $2200 minimum per person per city that they register in. This is a very difficult feat for these private individuals to do, as most of them have limited resources and limited experience. I pave the way for them to do their fundraising. And, rather than just raking in the profit, 15% of all purchases go back to the Susan G Komen Foundation for the Cure to help to finance the finding of a cure for Cancer.

    THIS is giving back.
