We are into the Import/Export,leisure and tourism industry. We happen to find ourselves in
this very country I'm talking about and already working with people in this industry. These guys
are urgently looking for potential investors . They are serious and genuine business people.

We need an Equity Partner for a Hotel we are taking over on a Lease to Own basis, the hotel deal is as follows:

EP Needs to place in $150K by January 10, 2009
We will manage the Hotel with its current staff
The EP will receive $20K per month for 24 months and have first payout. $150K = $480K
We will pay out the EP first each month before expense's
Hotel only nets $50k per month, we will be reinvesting in the hotel and bringing in a Theme.

In California
Managing Staff: One Professional Hotel Manager, Two Architechs and Capital Broker
