Advice on international business loan

Hi,

I'm looking for advice with regards to an international loan. I'm purchasing a business in the Caribbean and need to raise funds. I will personally invest 50% of my own funds in purchasing the business however I need an additional 50% (USD 250,000). Are there any banks/financial institutions/investors that will consider international loans. By the way I'm currently in South Africa, but obviously will be moving to handling the business in the caribbean. Thanks in advance.

Advice on international business loan, Welcome

The best advice that I can think of is to retain a Lawyer.

After that a Business Plan. The Bus Plan is one of the first items a bank or lender
will want to see. It serves you as a tool and will reaffirm the viability of your ideas.

How long will you need the funds for??
